Welcome guests at the medina gate and at the desk, handle reservations and keep the first hour of every stay calm and warm.
What you will do
- Check guests in and out
- Answer messages and calls in English and French
- Coordinate transfers and requests with the team
Who we are looking for
- Warm and organised
- English and French; Darija is a plus
- Previous hotel experience preferred
