Your reservation
A reservation is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation by email. Rates are per room, per night, in euros, and include Wi-Fi and the city tax unless stated otherwise.
Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be left by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early arrival and late departure depend on availability.
Guests and identification
Moroccan law requires every guest to present a valid passport or national ID on arrival. The number of guests may not exceed the occupancy shown for the room.
House rules
MONO is a quiet house. We ask guests to keep the patio and terraces calm after 10:00 PM. Smoking is allowed only on the roof terrace.
Liability
Each room has a safe for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for items left outside it, except where the law says otherwise.
