What we collect
We collect only what we need to manage your stay: your name, contact details, dates, room preferences and anything you choose to tell us in a message. We do not sell or share this information for marketing.
How we use it
Your details are used to confirm and prepare your reservation, to reply to your questions, to meet Moroccan registration requirements for hotel guests, and to improve our service.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires. Messages that did not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to stay@monohotel.ma. We reply within thirty days.
