Flexible rate
Change or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations are charged one night. Payment is taken at the hotel, by card or in cash (euros or dirhams).
Saver rate
Paid in full when you book and not refundable. Dates can't be changed, but the booking can be passed to another guest's name up to 48 hours before arrival.
Festival dates
During the Gnaoua World Music Festival in June, a three-night minimum stay applies and the flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
No-shows
If you don't arrive and haven't told us, the first night is charged and the rest of the booking is released. If you are delayed, a short message keeps the room.
Long stays
Stays of seven nights or more receive 15% off, and fourteen nights or more 25% off. Half is paid on arrival and half at the midpoint of the stay.
