Rate names are marketing; the conditions underneath them are not. A plain reading of what each rate commits you to.
Flexible
Change or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. You pay at the hotel. This is the rate we recommend unless your dates are certain.
Saver
About 12% lower, paid in full when you book, and not refundable. Good for fixed dates, festival weekends and short trips.
What is included
Every rate includes Wi-Fi, tea on the roof and the city tax. Suites include breakfast; rooms can add it for €14 per person.
