What Booking Direct Gets You That an Aggregator Cannot
When you book with us directly, the notes you write travel with the reservation, and they reach a person.
Your notes arrive intact
An anniversary, a late bus, a preference for a firmer pillow. Through a booking site, these often arrive cut short or not at all. Booked direct, they land with the person who prepares your room.
Clearer conditions
Our flexible rate can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival, and the terms are written in plain English on the same page you confirm.
Small things, every time
Direct guests get breakfast on the roof whatever the rate, and the first choice of rooms when we upgrade.
